The branch enjoys a wide range of activities including a range of visiting speakers, often with a PowerPoint presentation, quizzes, a monthly walking group, a knitting group providing hats for the neonatal and delivery suite at the hospital, occasional visits to museums, a monthly newsletter, a Christmas lunch and participation in the regional summer tea. In the coming months, we will be having a quiz, a speaker on avoiding scams, and another on the local Women’s Refuge. We also have members joining in the Fellowship holiday. Refreshments are available for a small donation. New members are very welcome and we look forward to hearing from you.
